Mostly Japanese business people, so the breakfast situation was very calm and quiet. Two negative things: I can still smell the smoke even though I was in a non-smoking room. There was a gap at the bottom of the room entry, and I fell, so please be careful. There was a small warning sign and a note when checking in but I forgot about it. The staff were friendly at reception as well as during breakfast times. The room was small but we expected that from the standard japanese rooms. So we were ok with the space we had. I didn't need anything fancy, so this hotel was suiting everything I needed plus a little bit more. The staff is nice and helpful. As I'm fluent in Japanese, I haven't tested their English, but I think they are able to communicate well. The breakfast menu was great, they have a variety of Japanese and Western options which you can choose from at the buffet. They could improve on vegetarian and vegan options tho. Their eco-cleaning option will compensate you with getting free drinks for the number of times they don't do an throuought cleaning in your room. I think that this is especially great if you are at the hotel only to sleep and eventually a few hours in the evening and morning.
