Exceptional hotel and staff. Location is terrific, close to the Imperial Palace and steps to the heart of Ginza. Rooms are large for Tokyo and really well laid out. Loved the care from the staff at this hotel. From the guys at the front door, to the gorgeous girls in white operating the rotating girl, front desk team, restaurant staff, spa staff, room service - faultless. I felt so recognized and valued. The hotel breakfast is lovely, as was room service and is well located near Ginza. The design is a little dated but in pristine condition, and the customer care more than compensated. This is truly THE place to stay in Tokyo. Great location. Their service was simply superb and amongst the best in Japan; this is really saying something as Tokyo in general has some of the best staff and service in the world. I needed express dry cleaning and the turnaround time was 50% faster than advertised! The bar up on the top floor (George’s I think) was also excellent.

A fabulous base for exploring Tokyo. We were traveling as a family and the room was very comfortable for three of us. The staff was amazing. They helped ship luggage and helped us navigate the train. Overall, a great place for families new to Japan.
