"COVID-19 times, so things were not as expected. Honestly the hotel was not up to par during these difficult times and it was noticeable. All around the mood of some few unhappy guests affected the staff and the other guests. Things did not run smoothly nor was the hotel organized enough to enforce the rules all around. It was quite a disappointing stay for the money paid. At least the sea view in the room was nice."

"Ich war im November für eine Woche Auszeit am Meer dort und habe mich immer sehr wohl und ungestört gefühlt. Zwei Dinge jedoch sind mir als (kleine) Mankos bleiben (leider): Zum einen finde ich, dass sollten persönliche Gegenstände aus dem Zimmer mit der Reinigungsdame verschwinden, es zumindest einer Entschuldigung bedarf und keiner stillschweigenden Rückgabe nach Nachfragen meinerseits. Das zweite ist die Sauberkeit in dem kleinen Saunabereich im Keller, die feuchte Sauna müffelt und es gibt...

"Lovely experience, beautiful large room with access to the beach. Breakfast buffet was generous with good German bread, cheeses and meats and fruits. Very helpful receptionists, easy to drive in and out of Lubeck for the day. We hope to come back in the spring/summer."
