We value a good nights sleep. All bedrooms have high quality mattresses, black out curtains and low noise mini split heating and cooling unit. Sleeps 9 people comfortably. 5 minute drive to beach, 8 minutes away from downtown Rosarito (Papas and Beer), 12 minutes from Puerto Nuevo, 47 minutes from wineries. We can provide transportation as well. We are very familiar with local eaterys. We’re no strangers to Rosarito. The pictures of this property make it seem like it’s a much higher quality property than it really is. First, the road to get to the house is treacherous. You have to drive through a major construction zone in the neighborhood. We didn’t feel safe or comfortable walking around with our kids or dog (which is why we chose this place) and for that reason we didn’t swim in the pool. There aren’t any lounge chairs by the pool nor do they provide any. One plus: it does have an small ocean view on the rooftop. Its more than 5 minutes to the beach, the closest beach is not a public one, you have to drive through a really sketchy area to get back on the highway and find a decent public beach. The kitchen has MINIMAL flatware/dishes/cooking ware. No dishwasher. A waste of a vacation. ##### Jennifer D. Suffice to say the condo is beautiful, modern, and very clean. It is fully furnished, all commodities are provided (Keurig appliance, pots, dishes, silverware, etc). Upon arriving to this location I was immediately put at ease by knowing that this was a gated community with 24hr security (not that it was needed). This condo is perfect for family time or a weekend with friends. Furthermore, our host went above and beyond to make sure that we had a wonderful experience. She recommended a driver (Agustin) and my family and I ended up doing a day tour, in a safe, well maintained taxi van for a reasonable price. Agustin took us to the local wineries at Valle de Guadalupe, Ensenada, and Puerto Nuevo. I highly recommend this condo and Agustin. ##### Maria O.
