The beds were comfortable, nice tiled bathrooms, big couch for everyone to stretch out, and comfortable outside lounge chairs and patio set. « We really enjoyed our stay. The house is amazing, perfect for a large family or group of friends that want to share a home with their own spaces. Location to the beach is perfect and a 1 min walk to the sand from the house. « We brought 4 teens down for spring break (our son & 3 friends) and this home was perfect! The patio is huge and the views are beyond stunning. We even saw a SpaceX rocket launch one night! Sea lions frolic in the waves, we saw a gray whale & a seal while paddleboarding offshore, and surfed the waves right off the house. « Definitely the best villa in La Paloma. Ocean view was amazing from almost any room in the entire place. The kitchen was well stocked so that made cooking super easy. Wifi and tvs in the rooms with netflix helped with keeping or little ones entertained. « Wonderful, large property that was just as advertised. A bit scruffy around the edges, but was very clean and well stocked with everything you'd need. TV can be a bit spotty, and hot water didn't work in one of the showers, but for the price it's hard to beat. Las Gaviotas is a great location with large pool, jacuzzi, food onsite, and easy access to a few nearby bars and restaurants. We'll be back! »

When you shower upstairs the Ceiling is leaking in the office/bedroom on the first floor. They had informed us that the office was a separate room from the bedrooms.
