This was our 5th time at this property this year. The hotel is perfectly located in Zona Rio and is close to border. It’s super clean, the staff is friendly and bilingual and the healthy breakfast choices that are included is a cherry on top!

Husband and I went for our anniversary and the staff made it very special for us. The hotel was so beautiful and clean. Also the morning breakfast was amazing and a full service restaurant! Wonderful hotel that we highly recommend. Huge shout out to the Manager for making our stay so special.

Quartz Hotel & Spa delivered an effortless, comfortable stay from start to finish. The location is incredibly practical and convenient, making getting around the city seamless. The entire property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Our room was notably large, modern, and offered a great view overlooking the area. Above all, the staff was top-tier—always professional, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, upscale base in Tijuana!

Beautiful property. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was very clean and came with a lot of extra amenities that we were really pleased to have. Breakfast was included and was surprisingly great. Again, the staff was very attentive and helpful the entire time. Was very satisfied with the stay and will definitely look at staying there if possible for our next trip! Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

We had an exceptional experience staying here. Right from check-in, the front desk set the tone by generously upgrading us to the Jacuzzi room at no extra charge, which was such an unexpected and fantastic perk. The staff throughout our entire stay was truly amazing—warm, attentive, and consistently going out of their way to provide great service. On top of that, the food was delicious and the cocktails were spot-on. A seamless, relaxing visit from start to finish. We’ll definitely be staying here again next time we’re in town!

I enjoyed this hotel especially the breakfast and all of the wonderful staff. The only issue I had was that the power kept going out on and off during my stay. They were trying to fix it but it happened enough times that I decided to depart a day early. Otherwise it was an immaculate stay.
