What I didn’t like was that there wasn’t an actual AC there were fans, which they did help, but an AC would’ve been awesome! I wasn’t very much inside either way, but when I would walk in from being out it was a little humid. But I would just open the large windows and no problem after that! ##### Katie Séjour de 2 nuits en août 2025 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### MARIA, BAKERSFIELD 10 sept. 2025 Points faibles : État et installations de l’hébergement The property is well located, newer, pool area was nice, but unfortunately interior had a very strong bad smell that wouldn’t go away not even with all doors and windows open, it doesn’t have air conditioner, just some ceiling fans, there were roaches and ants infestation throughout the house, it needs to be fumigated, no toiletries (not even soap to shower), not enough towels for guests and the ones available didn’t look or smelled clean, (we requested assistance with those items, but nothing was done), not even a bottle of water available.
