"Check in clearly states 2pm, got there at 430pm and was told that the room was not ready. Pool filled with gravel. 1 set of washer and dryer outside in front of the owners suite. 4 of us were staying and there were only 2 sets of towels. When we asked for more, the guy said "why?". Then gave us 1 extra set. They only service the room and switch out towels every 3 days. Breakfast is not a continental, it was a sacked breakfast (like a sack lunch). I called the front desk to let them know we were...

"We liked the fact we were close to shopping and dining and the bank. The staff was very helpful and new what they were doing! Book on Expedia for a low room rate. If you even think you might want to stay a extra day go ahead and book for 2 days and get your low rate."
