« The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and accommodating. The a/c was only in the sleeping area, so the living area was warm with the door shut. If you take the stairs(no sign to tell you otherwise) to get outside the security may accost you for doing so. Also the pool closes at 9pm, which seems odd due to the fact there are no rooms near it and a lot of pools go later than that. The breakfast was good and the omelets were restaurant quality. »

« The AC was broken for most of the day, and staff couldn’t fix it (I have the video evidence to prove it). Management refused to help resolve it or offer a refund just because I booked through Expedia. To top it off, the room reeked of cigarette smoke and the neighbors were incredibly loud. Paid for a place to rest, got a restless night instead. Avoid this place and pay extra to have everything functioning »

« There was body fluids on the head rest, brown substances on the floor in the bathroom and sticky stuff on the floor. The staff referred us to use Expedia. We used Expedia we verified payment but Expedia did not send notification of payment to property. It took hours to be able to gain acess to the rented room. But first Expedia attempted for us to pay for an Uber to drive me and my family to another hotel and be reimbursed later they also got into a verbal altercation with the property...
