The staff were very nice. Hotel style is cute. Unfortunately the noise makes it very difficult to sleep. Walls are very thin so you hear everything and my room overlooked the trash bins and you could hear every time the gate was open. Further, the headboard to the bed was stained and gross. Lastly I understood there were no closets but there’s also no luggage stand so either you’re accessing your suitcase on the floor or keeping it on the bed.

Staff very helpful and courteous.
Lighting in bedroom, especially the bathroom, was really dim. It was impossible to read even when we got an extra bedside lamp from reception.
Fresh food salad at breakfast was really disappointing as it consisted mainly of apples with minimal other fruit except watermelon.Not what I expected.

The public areas were not clean, with the lift being grubby with dirt and spilled water for example, that did not seem to be cleaned up across the day. The room in this older home was fine. They had carpet which is unfortunate as it was very stained. Our bedroom door in room two once locked was not super secure. Other than that, it was fine.
