"This is a special property. Its location is very serene and quiet and lovely. It’s only 20 minutes from Ojo Caliente Hot Springs and a lovely hour-long drive to Taos. Our crew enjoyed exploring the area and then retreating to the Casa! The beds were comfortable, the shower was also good. As mentioned in other reviews, the kitchen is well-stocked with equipment for making meals. I recommend getting to the property before dark. It isn’t a difficult drive, but it’s out in the country and the signage is there and subtle . The host provides excellent instructions and..get there before dark! She also warned us the card lock pad is touchy and it did take several tries every time, but it worked! The road to the property isn’t ideal for cars without good clearance. We had a truck and were glad we did. Compact cars, vans etc are probably fine, but not low to the ground sports cars The sun room is lovely and we spent a lot of time in there. It would be great if the screen doors were fully functional - we would’ve loved to have had even more fresh air circulating through the home. The Casa was clean and inviting. We hope to stay here again! Thank you!"

"This is the most well equipped rental we’ve ever stayed at. Great kitchen, comfortable beds, very clean throughout, decent shower. Library of local interest books. Plenty of frontage on the river for fishing if it hadnt been flowing at 600-800 cfs. Nothing could be done about that. Kimberly was responsive to any questions we had. Beautiful spot and we would certainly stay here again."

"We have rented many vacation properties and this one will remain as one of my favorites. House and property are exactly as pictured. The house has everything you could possibly need. A well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed, and lots of sitting areas outside. We enjoyed watching the herds of deer and elk in the meadow. We were in Chama to ride the train and this lodging added so much to our trip!"
