We had a very strange experience when the owner knocked on our door saying that the younger dog wanted to "meet us". The owner referred to the younger dog as a puppy. « The staff was very kind and friendly, but the check-in process was quite slow. Unfortunately, in our first room, the toilet wasn’t working. We were moved to another room, but in that one, the ventilation wasn’t working either. After all the back and forth with changing rooms and moving our things, we were hoping to relax by the pool.
