« Très désuet, besoin flagrant de rénovations (peinture qui pelait au dessus de la vitre, four micro-ondes plus que vétuste, frigo vieillot), avons payé pour le petit déjeuner mais aucun sur place. « Me and my husband needed an emergency place to stay that didn’t hurt our budget, due to an issue in our new home. At first when we arrived it seems a little run down or shady, and I was a little nervous. However the gentlemen at the front desk was a total sweetheart, and made the check in easy, and the room yes is reminiscent of the motel rooms of the past that used to litter the side of highways, but it was clean the beds were comfortable it was quiet and guess what no bed bugs or any other...

"Cette chaîne d’hôtel, et normalement une très belle chaîne. Nous avons vraiment été déçu de notre séjour, chambre, salle à certains endroits, porte de la salle de bain, dégradée, un luminaire sur deux dans la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Il fallait retourner chaque matin mendier un ticket pour le petit déjeuner, alors qu’il était compris dans notre réservation, et à l’accueil ils n’ont pas souhaité nous donner tous les tickets d’un coup… De quoi perdre du temps tous les matins. De plus, notre chambre a été nettoyé, nous étions très content… Jusqu’à ce que nous rentrions le soir, et trouvions notre porte de la chambre ouverte, nous l’avons signalé à l’accueil, qui ne sait même pas déplacer, et qui ne nous a même pas répondu pour savoir ce qui s’était passé. Service propreté et clientèle à revoir. Nous reviendrons à Philadelphie c’est sûr, mais jamais dans cet hôtel."
