"The property is old and not located in"

"Had to switch rooms upon arrival due to the shower having hair and some sort of smear, as well a strong odor of men’s cologne. Next room was cleaner however the air conditioning unit under the window rattled so loudly no one got any rest. Also, the tv is placed so the only way you could watch it was if you were sitting on sofa which no one wants to do. The morning breakfast was average, however the hot items were not restocked promptly so several guests didn’t get to have any and no staff were around to ask. We chose this hotel over another one because of the pool, however there was apparently a travel ball team staying so when we tried to go down to get in the pool there were about a dozen kids plus parents running and jumping so we didn’t stay. For the price I expected a little better. "

"It was a perfectly average hotel stay, nothing more or less. Breakfast is really good though."

"This hotel was a huge disappointment. We arrived at 8pm and checked into a uncleared room. Ther Front desk staff, who was the only staff on the property cleaned a room for us only to discover the toilet didn’t work and had to clean another room . We didn’t get into until 2 hours later. The reason was there was a shortage on housekeepers. The room itself was run down with little care. We felt so bad for the young staff as other guests were turned away because of dirty rooms."
