"We enjoyed the chalet very much because of the view and the beautiful location. There were many activities to do in the area, such as canyoning, rafting, hiking, supping, swimming. The area is great. Beautiful canyon and fantastic reservoirs."

Beautiful property. The staff were incredibly nice and the room was clean. Food was delicious, there wasn’t many big portion sizes though so if you want bigger, main meals you’ll need to head into town. Overall was a great experience!

The owners have done a great job renovating this hotel so that it offers modern levels of comfort and convenience while retaining the charm of the historic building. And don’t miss the four-course ‘surprise menu’ dinner, which was fabulous and very good value.

If you are looking for a slice of paradise, this is your place to stay. Francois and Corinne make you feel at home. The bedding was sumptuous, the view is spectacular and the breakfast is amazing. The pool and gardens were spectacular. We enjoyed walking into the old town and it was easily a 15 minute walk from “home”.

Our stay at this hotel in Valbonne was a highlight of our trip. The staff are super caring. The hotel room oozes character (we had the upper floor Superior Suite (Atelier). Breakfast was a superb croissant, jam, fruit, bread & butter & coffee - all excellent quality. Valbonne is a wonderful, quiet place to visit. The Friday market was excellent. Hated to leave.

La Bastide Saint Antoine is a magical oasis. The staff is charming and attentive, and the cuisine, led by chef Jacques Chibois, is excellent, including our room service. Ask for a room with a view - on a clear day you can see the sea. We would happily return.
