"As I checked in the person ahead of me asked about the $100 deposit fee (which does seem steep compared to other hotels we have used) and the owner told him he "Didn't have to stay." and then it was repeated by the clerk. These comments made me feel UNWELCOMED and I had nothing to do with their exchange. After our first night in the room we noticed our feet were filthy from the floors. I asked that our room be mopped and we did notice the cleaning lady was diligent with her swiffer, but the floors were not clean after her efforts. There needs to be a time when soap and water are used to clean the dirt that does not appear after a light cleaning with a dust mop."

"Check in system did not have free breakfast on my reservation, despite being included. Hotel was filthy, and smelled of mold. AC unit was running, but room was very hot. Breakfast was truly revolting, food legitimately turned my stomach. There are multiple signs that say that gratuity is not included in breakfast, but it’s a self-serve buffet. Wish I could give 0 stars, will never stay here again."

"We had a enjoyable stay here. The host was very good. The apartment was well setup and clean with a comfortblebed. The heated pool was great,perfect temp. Great location in Fort Myers close to The River Districk, Ford Edison Estate and shopping. We would recomend a stay here and will be back next year. "

"We enjoyed the home very much. It was well stocked, very spacious and clean. It had a nice big yard and the location was perfect.The hostess was very attentive to our needs and when we had a problem with an appliance she jumped on it quickly.We will stay here again."

"The staff and hotel location were perfect could not ask for anything else. It was concerning that on one of your busiest weekends you had one person working breakfast. He was taking orders, cooking, running the food, bussing then washing the dishes. He had a great attitude and did a great job but as a company not fair to him or your guests. Our room was spacious and clean but water was hard to regulate. It was either very hot or dropped out cold. Also you have holes cut in the walls to run wires and no covers or patches. The rooms did not feel complete. Again staff and location was excellent but room and staffing issues stop me from giving you a higher rating. Thanks. "

"Overall stay was good. The condo is as pictured with the exception of the pool picture. It might lead you to believe that the unit is by the pool, however it is not. A couple of items that could use some attention . . . . there was no hairdryer, no dishwasher soap for the dishwasher, no extra garbage bags, wine opener/cork screw was broken, kitchen was stocked decently with the exception of pots/pans. There is no grill so cooking must be done in the kitchen. We had to be creative with the limited amount of cookware. The building itself was quiet. We enjoyed the small screen porch. Check in/out was easy. Communication with the owner was good. Overall, it met our needs. "
