"We arrived the second night and there was a power outage. Apparently scheduled work that was going to be carried out all night. No air, no backup generator and my room was unlocked! The owner came to speak to us and claimed that he knew nothing about the works and “couldn’t do anything”. He expected us to stay and pay as normal. Ridiculous!!"
