"Our room was a disaster. The heating unit was not functional, making it cold for us. The drain for the tub never went down so we had to shower in a filled tub. We told maintenance which took them almost 12 hours to get to us. He put Drano down the tub and that never worked. The telephone had no connection. And the heating unit he said “it is what it is”. I attempted to email and call the manager 3 times to resolve it with no resolution. "

"The bed in our room was absolutely disgusting. It looks like there was either mold or bedbug poop all over. So they moved us to a second room and that second room was even worse. The bed was covered in all kinds of fun stuff, including food and blood. They refused to refund us. They instead sent a housekeeper who was carrying a pile of balled up sheets and was coughing all over them.
