"Our AC went out so we needed someplace to stay for the night. We were exhausted. The floor was sticky and had stains on it. The countertops were sticky and not cleaned. The bedding was clean and the AC was nice."

"Clean place and friendly helpful staff. Only reason I gave them a 4 was for a door to use when coming in after 4 pm doesnt work with key card. Otherwise easy 5. Very adequate soap and towels etc. Next to freeway, meaning maybe 3/8 of a mile away with no noise associated to it. No restaurant, but there's a Del taco within walking distance. Gave me a great price to !! I'll definetly stay there again. Ac was perfect, not to hot or cold with clean smelling air coming out so the filters are clean that's what that tells me, no stuffy nose afterwards !! Thank you staff !! I'd recommend them."

"Nice tall Shower, no tub, in single room with standard bed, but the shower had a few hairs so not cleaned carefully. No shampoos or conditioner so bring your own. Two small soap packs. No closet but a hanging apparatus by the restroom. Towels are thin so you may want to bring a couple from home. Refrigerator was small but worked fine. Screen TV was small. Non-smoking room but had that lingering cigarette smell unfortunately. Front desk clerk “Cherish” was kind enough to give us a spray bottle with citrus freshener (like Febreeze) and that helped as we sprayed the curtains and bed sheets. Jack in the Box and Dunkin Donuts next to it so that was nice. The highlight was the pool. I got to enjoy a night swim before it closed at 9:30pm. It was a decent stay for one night."

"We loved this sweet property in Sun city. Debbie was such a pleasure to work with and added such personal touches. Lovely fresh flowers on the kitchen island and a snacks for our late arrival. She provides so many extra items in case you happen to forget essentials. And you can cook anything in the beautiful kitchen all spices available. We appreciated the cleanliness but most of all we appreciated Debbie. She was so friendly and helpful when we had area questions. She went above and beyond. We will be back. Thank you. Ken & Anita "

"It appears that the attitude with Extended Stay is very firmly in, "you get what you pay for and we won't make any effort to improve that, so accept it or leave, because we already have your money." Including making kids stay in a room with someone else's old food stuck to the floor and mold coming out of the flooring. Spend a few extra bucks and find a hotel that cares and actually wants your business."
