« the property was great. Expedia was terrible. The hotel had no record of our reservation and the paperwork provided by Expedia showing the reservation and confirmation numbers was useless since it was a 'third party' situation. Due to the diligence and kindness of the desk clerk we finally got checked in no thanks to Expedia. Expedia charged an extra fee to change the date of the reservation but did not pass that update along to the hotel. Extremely poor service from Expedia. I can not...

« This is the most horrifying place I've ever stayed. I was actually afraid I was going to catch some sort of disease or get robbed going to our room. The room was dirty and the mattress look like death. There was a deposit of $60 that wasn't mentioned in the booking process, but it was refunded after checkout. Pictures say a 1000 words, just wish I could post them cause I took plenty.😳😬😵 »
