"This is an old, budget motel, family owned. The rate was cheap and you get what you pay for it. It was relatively clean, but kind of shabby on the outside. People were smoking around my room sitting right next to their doors,. I think I’ll spend a little more money next time. The breakfast was terrible."

"The wall where broken , the ac wasn’t working properly, we ask for 2room next to each other like we order in hotel.com and it wasn’t giving it to us then we had to pay more for that other room and it wasn’t united room it was 2 room over. One door didn’t close right. It was just horrible"

"I will preface my review with the fact that we never actually checked in, so I cannot speak to the cleanliness of the property and j am an honest person. However I’d like to leave a review for the calllus and cold hearted property manager so that all potential customers are aware. On 4/24 at 1:30pm, I decided to book a last minute getaway for the next day 4/25. That morning I woke up to my infant son violently ill and having to take him to the hospital. Once settled I called the hotel to explain the extenuating circumstances and see if an exception could be made for a free cancellation or even credit, we were told to leave a voicemail for the manager to discuss. After no return call my husband called to follow up and was simply told there would be no refund and no manager would be returning our call. Isn’t that nice? I understand cancellation policies are in place however there should be exceptions for last minute bookings such as mine and you would think those in the hospitality industry would be compassionate towards a child in the hospital. Now we are in the hospital and out the money. Even though we never arrived or checked in, they had no problem charging our card in full despite knowing we weren’t there and despite knowing the reason. Absolutely disgusting."

"The property was exactly as listed. The photos are completely accurate. It was wonderful to be able to have the view of the water from the elevation of the upstairs bedroom. As described, there is no kitchen but there is a nice sized refrigerator that is thoughtfully stocked with bottle beverages and half and half for the provided coffee. Andra also has a little basket of welcome muffins on arrival. These are very kind gestures that are echoed in the overall experience. I can’t wait to return for complete R&R since this was working weekend trip. Thanks for the great spot to return to at night!"
