"Loved the pool!"

"Showed up around 9 pm. The front desk associate (a younger man) asked if I’d be interested in sleeping with him. I politely declined and went to my room. He later came knocking at my door around 1130 pm. I did not open the door. As a female traveling alone, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING."

"The location was great, the beds were comfy, the vibe was cool & it was clean... That's the extent of my positive review... On site restaurant is very pricey, they didn't tell us until the last day that there was an ice machine on the floor (we kept going to the desk to get ice).. The carpet in the main areas - specifically on the 2nd floor where we were- is wrinkled & stained. They were out of coffee pods for the in room coffee makers (& 1 pod makes 1 small cup) & there's no other coffee available on site- unless you want to go to the restaurant & pay extra for it... Basically, it's just a clean, convenient, dated place to sleep."

"My fridge had mold, the shower wouldn’t drain. They offered to change my room and the new room had blood stains on the sheets. I didn’t see those until I was ready to go to bed. At that point it was almost midnight and I had an early morning. I requested a new comforter and let front desk know about the blood but their response was subpar. I hoped at least that when I came back the next day they would have cleaned the room and replace the bed sheets after I explained the situation about the blood. No, they simply took the same sheets and placed them on my bed. I asked the sheets to be changed that night. The front desk offered to call housekeeping. I waited in my room for 15-20 minutes no one came. I went downstairs again and front desk said “oh they didn’t answer so I guess they’re not here. We can’t change your sheets “ The manager refused to refund me for my trip. Then when I speak with Expedia, the hotel manager says “oh well she should’ve checked out if she had an issue” In the middle of the night? With an early morning flight? I was supposed to check out and either find another hotel or sleep in my car? I tried to overlook so much and when a real issue arose, they did nothing to address it. The breakfast was sad, the batter for the waffles machine tastes like it may be expired, the coffee watery, and the printing service they offer doesn’t work. The only pleasant part of my stay was leaving."
