The closest beach access was closed but the next access was right down the street and easily accessible to walk to with all your beach equipment. Parking was easy. The Boardwalk with shops/restaurants are about 1.5 miles from the condo, be aware that parking at the Boardwalk is $9/hr +tax. Parking at the condo is free :).
