« The hot tub was cold and low of water, the first room we were in the shower the water barely came out of the shower head, and the carpet floors need a good deep clean throughout the entire hotel..the hotel is dated and needs a good remodel. It does have perks of being right on a small beach of sand and next to good bars and restaurants and being close to attractions. The staff were excellent and good food at the restaurant in the hotel.. nice to have starbucks there too. »

« The condo was very uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room was very low to the floor when you sat on it you could actually feel the wood frame. There was no comfortable seating. « When we got to our room, the door wasn’t even closed. Supposedly housekeeping possibly didn’t close it all the way. When we pushed the door further open it made a sound that got the guy down the hall yelling out into the hallway that he was naked and we didn’t want him coming out there! He just kept on mouthing so we left immediately to alert the manager on duty and got another room on a different floor. « Property is fairly new and well maintained. Pool is small and breakfast options were very limited. Coffee machine ground and brewed individual coffee cups, fruit juices and still/sparkling water available on demand in the lobby. Exercise equipment and comfortable seating areas are on 2nd floor.
