Nestled in the picturesque town of Els Castellons, the property features two big bedrooms and a well-appointed kitchen. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy breathtaking views, and take advantage of the communal pool and tennis court. The surrounding area features delightful towns, lively markets, sandy beaches, and scenic hiking trails for a memorable getaway. The vehicle can be parked in front of the home, next to the road. A few steps down the stairs, and you can reach the front door. Right next to the entrance, to the right is the water heater. The front door opens into the entryway that has: - a key hanger - a fitted cupboard for cleaning equipment, shoes, and jackets. To the right, there is the bathroom, equipped with: - a walk-in shower - a toilet - a sink with a cupboard - towel hangers next to the sink and on the back of the door Next to the bathroom, to the left, is the first bedroom with: - an openable bed (80x200 or 160x200) - nightstands - a basket of soft blankets - fitted cupboard - ceiling fan To the right, across the front door, is the second bedroom that has: - queen size bed (160x200) - nightstands - fitted cupboard - ceiling fan - darkening blinds Down the hall, there is the kitchen, which is equipped with: - a stone - an oven - a fridge - a washing machine - a dishwasher - cooking utensils - coffee machines - kettle - toaster Next to it is the dining area with: - a round table - 4 chairs From here opens the living room with access to the balcony.
