"This was quality through and through. From the location, to the accommodation, to the attentiveness of our host, everything was fantastic."

"Great layout, very clean and comfortable space, perfect for our group of 7 including the lower level ski storage areas and fully stocked kitchen. Less than a 2-minute walk to the chairlift and we took advantage of the convenient shuttle system to/from JH. We wish we had known about the limited parking ahead of time, instead we received notice the day prior to arrival that there is only one parking permit and the suggested free lot for a 2nd/3rd vehicle is 13 miles away. We were also confused about the pet fees (1st dog was charged a fee, then 2nd/3rd dogs were charged almost 3x the first). The only issues we had on arrival were resolved very quickly (broken coffee machine, missing can opener). It should also be noted that the 2nd main bedroom upstairs has an opening to the living area below, almost like a loft. Regardless, we would stay again - it seems to be fairly priced for the area and such a great location."

"This hotel is comfortable and the room was clean. The pool area wasn’t and the indoor hot tub smelled horrible and had brown colored water. But the staff were AMAzINg!! They were so kind and provided excellent service. I will definitely start again."

"Great house, great location, great managers! Upon arrival we were delightfully surprised that the house is a lot nicer than the pictures show. The house had everything we needed. Made good use of the pool and foosball tables. Kitchen was very well supplied with dishes and pots and pans. Beds were comfortable. House was clean. Had an issue with the hot tub and the grill but Dan came over to get it taken care of. Depending on time of year, the access to and from the hill without a car can vary. A walk down the block and back up the next block will get you to the closest lift. However, if you have a car and someone to drop you off, it's very easy to be dropped or parked right by the tram. Upon a return back to Jackson Hole, would definitely look into staying at this house. Dan and Debbie are very easy to work with."
