I either patronize again if theyre good or walk away if they're subpar but I had to do a review on the accuracy of this listing,. from the photos, the host, the view, the location, to the actual apartment, it was a HIT!!! Our host Gennaro was a blessing! i know how difficult our stay would have been without his help, he went above and beyond his job to make our stay in capri really easy. I couldn't have made a better choice."

"Stayed for one night so that we could see Pompeii. Very early to get the Metro and then carry on to Pompeii from the main train station. The host contacted us the evening before to check arrival time and even kindly allowed us to leave our big bag at the property whilst we went off to explore. Would absolutely stay here again if we return to Naples. The bed was comfortable, the area quite, and some highly rated eateries just a short walk away. "

"We had a lovely stay in the Villa, it was mostly as described (except I explicitly asked if there were three double beds and assured there were, there wasn’t, there are two double beds). It had a few extras like foosball and ping pong tables plus balls for the pool. The facilities were great and the host was really lovely. On hand for any queries throughout our stay, nothing was too much. The only downside was the general location of the Villa. The lane itself was nice but the area it is in was...

"There was no Internet connection during our stay in apartment. In addition cellphones do not work inside apartment because of weak signal. When you need to make a phone call you go outside. When you go outside you need keys and because we had only one set of keys with knob which turns on the light in apartment my wife had to wait me in the dark."

"First, Ettore has been incredibly helpful, the nicest owner we have ever dealt with. He was always accessible and would go over and beyond to provide suggestions and answers to any questions we would have. He was also very helpful in directing us to the house and then setting up a drive back to the ferry. The property itself is incredible. Beautiful yard with a pool, tables, benches, etc. Home is very clean and very cozy. The area is very quiet and peaceful, walking distance to Anacapri....

"The apartment was clean and tidy. There were one or two gripes. There wasn't a kettle in the kitchen so we used the hob to boil water for coffee in the morning. Halfway through the holiday, the host offered to clean the apartment but at our cost and said that the linen change is scheduled regularly at no cost We said that we would keep the apartment clean during our stay. However, there was no linen change during our entire 2 week stay which we found strange. Apart from that, we had a good stay."

"We really enjoyed staying at La Rotonda sul Mare. It was the perfect location for our vacation. Amerigo and his staff were extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful. "We stayed at this VRBO for two perfect days in Sept/Oct. The temp was 75-80 and the property was at its best. There is a spectacular view, the house was clean and well equipped. We are 3 older adults (59-71) and had no problems climbing the 1/2 mile trail up from Capri center, but potential customers should be aware that the trail is a little challenging, especially with luggage. Giorgio was very receptive and helpful. We had a wonderful stay."

There was a gift basket from the owners, and the communication with them was excellent. Fiammetta was very accommodating, and responsive.
