Welcome to Le Chamonix I, an AvantStay home!

This 3-bedroom condo is nestled in the core of Mountain Village, seconds from the gondola, ski school, and ski area, making Le Chamonix a perfect location for families.

Guests enter this two-story home from the second floor. As you enter, you walk into the full kitchen with updated stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a dining area with seating for six. The open living room has cozy seating, a TV, a gas fireplace, and a large deck with patio seating, a gas grill, and amazing mountain views.

To the left of the entryway, there is a bedroom with a queen bed. The bathroom is located in the hallway outside of the bedroom. Upstairs to the right is the second bedroom with a queen bed and a jetted tub in the attached bathroom. To the left up the stairs is the master bedroom which has a split king (can be set up as a king bed or two twins), desk, TV, and a private deck. The bathroom is attached and has a separate jetted tub and steam shower.

All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities.

*Home Truths:*
- The primary bed can be set as a king or two twins but must be requested before your stay.
- Le Chamonix complex amenities include an elevator, hot tub and ski lockers. There is also a private washer and dryer in the condo.
- There is no A/C at this property.
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.
- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
- Please note that the golf course is members-only, and guests do not have access to it.

Parking Details:
- There is one designated parking spot in the garage for this unit.
- Garage Height: 7'6"
- Local parking lots available for additional fees. Please see the booking hub for more details once booking is confirmed.
- No street parking.
- Please note that no reimbursement will be given if guests cannot use the spot provided.

A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair are available upon request.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

Wonderful Lodging for a Wedding Weekend

We spent 5 nights at the condo and could not be happier! The location is top notch - right in the heart of Mountain Village core - and steps away from the gondola. Great Place

This is a perfect location for the gondola and access to the ski area. The condo was very comfortable, especially the heated floors. Really enjoyed our stay in this place and in Telluride.

Great location in Mountain Village

We enjoyed staying here during the Blues & Brews festival. The Gondola is a short walk, restaurants and bars near by. The patio overlooks the duck pond with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The unit comes with one parking pass for the garage. Make sure you park on the lower level or you will receive a ticket. Also, the unit is a little tricky to find. It's above the bike shop.

Great place and location. A suggestion- put in booking it’s unit I as in Indigo and to exit elevator and go all the way around to the left. I saw units A, B, C etc and no unit 1. So had to bumble around in the cold looking for the unit. We would definitely stay there again.

Mountain Village Stay

Stayed between the winter and summer seasons. It was very quiet with hardly anyone in Mountain Village. Most of the shops and restaurants were closed. Just a short drive to Telluride where there were plenty of restaurants open. There was no parking pass in the residence so that was a bit stressful because we weren’t sure where to park. The pass was delivered the next morning.

Great stay, spacious and perfectly located

Stayed here with some friends for a wedding. We had a great stay, the condo is perfectly located and on the back end of the building that faces the pond. Super easy access to the gondola. The only thing that wasn't made super clear at first was the parking - there are only two free parking spots for the condo and all others are paid. The leasing office was helpful with us figuring this out and kind to reimburse some of the parking tickets we incurred with extra cars. The beds are all super comfortable, there are humidifiers in each room, the grill had propane in it already which was great for cooking dinner. And it was also wonderfully baby-friendly: a pack-and-play on site, a little wagon, and some books and toys. We would definitely come back and stay in this condo again :)
