"I was surprised there is a pool. I didn't have time to use it or the gym but it looked great. Our room was clean and the welcome snacks brought me joy. I have been in other more popular hotels with less friendliness and no snacks. I was quite pleased. I was pleased with the offering of breakfast. I would like to give kudos to the person who was managing breakfast on Sunday morning because he handles the homeless person very well. He could have been rude and nasty but he wasn't. Had the person cleaned up behind themselves or been a little thoughtful, I don't think the gentleman worker would have even said anything to him. Compassion and not because people were watching."

Halls and stairs were much cooler and yet with our AC on high, we were still too hot. Asked twice for someone to come fix it and never got a response or repair. Just OK and then never any action."
