« This isn’t a luxury hotel, but for the price, it’s solid. The bed was comfortable, everything felt right for what you’re paying. No complaints on my end. Front desk staff were very kind they even let me stay an extra 1–2 hours after checkout since my flight was leaving later than expected. The area also felt very safe and calm. « My stay was very disappointing. The building is mid-renovation, and the service was subpar; I was even cursed at by a staff member when asking for extra bedding. The sofa bed mattress was of such poor quality that I felt the springs all night and ended up using the couch cushions for padding. Definitely not worth the stay in its current condition. »

« Roaches in the room soon as I moved in coming out at the top of the door floor bathroom had to get to the store to get spray . Kitchen burner tucked knots not working properly. Bathroom toilet seat oversized handle didn't work properly 🙃 😑. Counter didn't look like it had been cleaned at all .Overall it was terrible and front desk Mgr horrible attitude . « We arrived at 3 and were told we couldn’t check into 4. That was fine except for the tone and rudeness of the person checking no us in. At four, tried to check in again…was told we had to wait again. I’ve never had to wait past time of check in. We did not get into our room until 4:30. Then at 9:45am we had house keeping banging on our door and came in when check out wasn’t until 11! It’s a shame because it’s a lovely hotel.
