"Booked as a stop over to. Arch an early flight, the staff were welcoming and helpful. It’s not easy to find unless you have a knowledgeable driver as the hotel reception is on the 3rd floor above shops, the access is at the rear. We were met at the lift by a helpful porter. They also helped me figure out how to get where I was going. And to get a taxi. Siliguri in itself is kind of a sketchy area, but it's inexpensive. "The room was great, lots of space, it was clean and well equiped. The bathroom also had everything a traveller could.posisbly need. It was also very easy to find and the reception staff were always eager to help. The breakfast was also good, in taste and variety. The only downside was the staff in the restaurant. I waited long periods and noone wanted to approach me, however I watched them talking to and serving indian customers very quickly. It made me feel very uncomfortable, as it felt like they clearly had double standards for me as a foreigner."

"The staff was super good. So helpful, they even walked me in the neighborhood to help me with shopping. The food they got me was excellent. They also helped me figure out how to get where I was going. And to get a taxi. Siliguri in itself is kind of a sketchy area, but it's inexpensive. And they are trying to make the hotel kind of an oasis in the midst. They were doing quite a bit of renovating while I was there, trying to make it really nice. Again, the best part was the staff who were just so good and responsive."
