"arrived an hour early and they wanted to charge us for early check in. the room was already done and ready for occupancy. the hot tub's jets weren't working and haven't been working since our last trip. the kid argued that their website didn't claim that the hot tub had jets. oh well, we canceled our reservation that was scheduled for two weeks from then."

Vending machine was also expensive and had to keep asking for change back that wasn't given back. Didn't like that I wasn't all the way checked out and the cleaning guy was in my room already. "
