Enjoy breakfast on one deck with a seaview in the morning and a BBQ on second deck in the evening whilst enjoying the stunning full views of the Mount. The building has a swimming pool which is heated between October and April. Also two secure carparks as well as quality appliances throughout. The Space: Located within walking distance to downtown Mt Maunganui and the beach you are so close to everything that there is to love about this top holiday destination. Walk everywhere, - the main beach, cafes, restaurants, parks , downtown and Mauao (The 'Mount) This modern three bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is sunny and airy with lovely views of both The Mount and the ocean. The apartment also offers full sky package including sport. Please note that there is scaffolding up on the area facing the roadfront until the end of March 2026\. This should not impact your stay as is not around the apartment itself and any work is carried out weekdays not weekends. Baby equipment hire - We can provide quality highchairs and porta-cots with clean fresh linen, these can be ready at your property in time for your stay.
