"The staff is very kind and helpful, and the location is excellent, right across from Beppu Station. However, the hotel itself is quite dirty. There were stains on the bedside lamp, in the bathtub, and on the walls. The bathroom also had significant limescale buildup throughout. Overall, the cleanliness was disappointing and definitely needs improvement."
