"The Artyzen is absolutely stunning, inside and out. Staff is always available to answer any questions. The service car is helpful but can get quiet popular so we often chose to walk to our location rather than wait the 20 mins. During one of the nights we found a cockroach in our bathroom on the 20th floor. Staff at reception was notified and she apologized."

"The room for deluxe twin is not as i expected it has a basic need only like 3 star hotel. Having filter drink and cups in the toilet is not hygenic . I prefer to have a drink bottle . Breakfast is wonderful many choices of food . The staff are friendly and helpful"

The hotel also offers a dedicated kids’ breakfast corner, adding to the convenience for families. Staff are attentive and professional, consistently ensuring guests feel well taken care of. "We have stayed here before so know the hotel well although it was 8 years since we stayed there. Everything was perfect with rooms being upgraded since our last trip. Great location just 5 mins walk from the top of Orchard Road and with an MRT station just over the road as well. Staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Will be staying there again on our next visit"

"Apart for the studio rooms being very small, this is a good place to stay. Great breakfast and close to MRT station and riverfront. "

"Very comfortable hotel in an excellent location right next to the Somerset MRT station and Orchard Road shops and restaurants. Fort Canning and the river were also easily walkable. The rooms were quiet and a good size. Show stopper is the large rooftop pool and bar which has the best view in Singapore towards Marina Bay Sands. We would certainly stay again. "
