I would definitely give this home a 5 star rating for overall location, comfort, etc. Although the home is 4 bedroom it was just my husband, myself, and my dog so we only used one room but the mattress was really good (firm). The bathrooms were very nice (and beautiful) and had everything one needs (shampoo etc). The kitchen was also very nice and well equipped. I was a fabulous choice for my dog as there was a dog door off the screened in porch so we spent most of our time on the porch and he spent most of his time in the yard and we could keep an eye on him. Just FYI all the bedrooms are upstairs which was fine for us. Also we didn't watch any TV but the only TV was downstairs if that is something you care about. Would really recommend this home especially for pet owners. Also the host was VERY responsive. ##### Christine N. Easy access to shops, restaurants, major highways and Tampa.Only issue was on my part, did not check with host about bedroom locations. The accessible bathroom is on the first floor but, all the bedrooms are on the second floor. There is a pull-out couch on the first floor so climbing the stairs can be avoided. Also, an item to note, this home is very pet friendly. If I was traveling with a dog this home would be a top choice for me. ##### Mary S. I had my parents and sister and also my niece, they totally enjoyed their time. The property was clean and minutes away from where my daughter was graduating from, so it was great for us.
