Welcome to Bayside Retreat! This newly renovated home includes a private lanai with a Heated Pool, a fenced-in backyard, a gas grill, and a media area with a 75" flat-screen TV and surround sound. Five Minutes from the Manatee Viewing Center and conveniently located near Apollo Beach Park (tennis courts, basketball, running track, etc. & a short drive to Florida's best beaches!! Less than 30 miles from the Tampa International Airport and Buccaneers Football Stadium!

EXTERIOR
Bayside Retreat is a single-level home with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private lanai with a heated pool! The exterior offers plenty of parking and space for a small boat or RV.

LIVING ROOM
Upon entering Bayside Retreat, you'll be greeted with a spacious living room, a flat-screen TV to stream your favorite shows, and two comfortable sofas. The hallway leads to three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and plenty of dresser and closet space.

REAR BEDROOM
The rear bedroom features a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, closet, and desk with chair.

MIDDLE BEDROOM
The middle bedroom features a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and closet.

FULL BATHROOM
It is in the hallway and close to the rear and middle bedrooms.

KITCHEN | DINING ROOM
The kitchen is full-stocked and includes a K-Duo™ Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker. The dining table is spacious and has seating for six.

MEDIA AREA
This area features a 75" Flat-screen TV with surround sound and plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy a movie, video game, or sporting event. The sliding glass door opens to the private outdoor patio with a dining table, gas grill, and heated swimming pool!

Winter Getaway!!

We spent 4 weeks in this lovely home. The layout is perfect with plenty of room and space. The screened in lanai and heated pool is the very best. Add to this, a fenced yard to accommodate pets….truly a home away from home. We did not want to leave to return to Maine! Definitely will return again!! Thank you Nick and Travis!

Great Home! Exceptionally Clean!! Can't wait for our next vacation!!

From the moment we booked, we were greeted with an email and walked through every step of the check-in process. Prior to arrival, and all throughout our stay, Nick & Travis were both very attentive & quickly responsive to any question we had. The listing describes the home as "Dog-Friendly", but you'd never know pets were ever in the home. It was EXTREMELY clean! The lay-out of the home was GREAT! And the 3-bedrooms gave a great variety of mattress firmness to fit any comfort level. SO ENJOYED the 75 inch television, the heated pool and the gas grill! Very close to grocery stores, restaurants/sunset on the beach, and manatee watching! "Nick & Travis - THANK YOU for making our trip so enjoyable! Due to health reasons, we had not been able to take a vacation for just over 2 years. Having such a great home that we felt so comfortable in, allowed us to relax and truly enjoy our time. We'll be back!!!"
