It felt like home

My mom and my family really enjoyed the home. We recommend this location to my in-laws as well. Will definitely be back again and hopefully this time for a little bit of a longer day. Everything was clean and the drive to the grocery store or anywhere wasn’t far.

Final four

This was a great late hour find. Had a previous (ABB) cancel on us, had less than a month to try and save our trip. And we found it! Close enough to grocery store and near a bus line. Plenty of room, that we didn’t feel crowded but still had the closeness for a small group.

Lovely House

My friends and I recently went on a weekend trip and found this wonderful place to stay. It is the perfect place for a quick stay. They have a hot tub and a really cool arcade. Would recommend to anybody visiting the Tampa area

Concert and Busch Gardens

Place is very centrally located to everything we were doing…concert at mid south amphitheater, Busch Gardens, and Ybor. Quiet neighborhood and great easy check in.

Conference stay

Convenient to the arena. If you know Tampa there are mixed neighborhoods but we felt safe the entire time. The unit was very clean and great for having a place to rest on the go during conference hours.

Busch Garden get away

We stayed 4 nights in Tampa for a visit to Busch Gardens. The house was nicely updated and very clean. The foosball table was the perfect addition for family game night.

Great stay for my 30th!

The property was wonderful! It’s exactly as advertised! It’s in a central location where everything is a short drive! Plenty of space to hang out with friends and family! Definitely a great find!

Perfect family stay

The house was exactly as advertised- while clearly renovated, every room had a thoughtful component- laundry baskets, lamps, dressers to unpack, extra toiletries, coffee for the coffeemaker (I totally forgot to bring some), laundry and dish detergent, the list goes on. The house was well decorated to feel like home and the game room (as the kids called it) kept the littles very happy and occupied. We would absolutely happily stay here again.

Perfect for Us

We needed close proximity to an event within 15 minutes and the house worked great for us! It was very clean and nicely furnished with everything we needed. Thank you for stocking some coffee for us too! There is a grocery store nearby as well.

Very nice rental

Very clean, we had fun in the recreation room with kids. They had everything we needed and an item we forgot. We had a small issue and owner sent someone within minutes to resolve. Very responsive! Super cute!

Perfect and Reasonable

Myself and friends came up for a boys weekend and rented this lil gem! My only critique would be change out the pillows when stripping the bedding I was disappointed to see what I’d slept on since everything else was so perfect. The arcade game was an awesome trip through my childhood. Will definitely stay again

Getaway to Tampa

Super cute house with all of the amenities you need to enjoy Tampa. All the floors and bathrooms were very clean. Lots of light. Large den/living room to hang out together. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Neighborhood was very quiet. Easy parking in driveway. We only had 4 in our group but it would easily accommodate more.

Updated house with lots of space

The house was updated and had lots of space for our family of 5. However, there are 3 properties on the lot, and we could hear noise late at night from the other properties. The neighborhood is not the best. While we felt pretty safe, there’s a variety of homes in the neighborhood and the surrounding area appears to be lower income.

Pretty good, but not great

PROS: Christopher was responsive and courteous. The appliances were clean and had enough dishes/cookware to feed my family during our week's stay. The house was (mostly) clean, but the floors definitely needed to be vacuumed and mopped. The washer and dryer being accessible was also a life saver. CONS: The air vents also needed a thorough cleaning as they were covered in heavy dust (possibly mold). I was disappointed to discover that there are two other units on that property which share the yard area. The fence was nice, but there wasn't any green space for my boys to play in as it was all essentially mulched tree bark. The neighborhood is also not somewhere I would choose to stay again. It was not somewhere you could go walking and there aren't any safe parks to take the kids to near there either. Overall, we made due with the week's stay at the house. The AC worked, the video games and foosball table were a hit, and it was central to all the things we were doing on our vacation. The property manager is great and we appreciated his accommodations (letting us check in early and being flexible with the clerical error of not including our two kids on the reservation).
