"I stayed 4 nights here and it was so nice! The beds were pretty comfy, there was AC and the bathroom and dorms were spotless! Every day the bed was made and rooms were cleaned! The outdoor area was very nice too, the gazebo had a nice vibe to it. Claudia was the best host as well, incredibly nice and very patient with my poor Spanish. She helped me figure out transportation and has tour guides available to for any excursion I was interested in! I would absolutely recommend and would love to stay...

"This is a wonderful hotel! Clean, spacious, staff is amazing, restaurant is excellent. It is walking distance from bus terminal There is a large supermarket (Soriana) and pharmacy across the street. Parking is ample and gated. We loved meeting Sierra the resident "guard dog" that has been adopted by the staff. We used this hotel as our base as we explored la Huasteca Potosina sites. Note there are several tourist watersport sites to visit and each one is 1hr to 2hr away in different directions. Plan to do one location each day, set out after breakfast, travel there, enjoy your day/activities, travel back to hotel. We enjoyed coming back to a clean room, taking a shower, exploring the city of Cuidad Valles at the end of the day. We saw people on group tours who looked miserable because they were cramming several things in one day - that's not a vacation. We took bus from SLP and rented a car in C. Valles."
