Wheelehan House: This is a large 5 bedroom, 2 bath home located in the Tahoe Park area. It is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, dishes, etc., 52" flat screen HDTV with cable, wireless internet access, stereo with USB/Bluetooth, gas woodstove, level access and parking for 4 cars maximum. Guests must park in driveway only, no street parking.

Enjoy the large deck/patio area to the side of the house which has picnic tables and a gas barbecue (summer only). There's also a horseshoe pit and ping pong table for summer recreation!

This house is walking distance to Tahoe Park Private Beach area which offers 2 piers, BBQ's, kids play area, horseshoe pits, bocce ball courts, volleyball, basketball and more! It's also easily accessible to bike trails and walking distance to Sunnyside Restaurant, Fire Sign Cafe, Spoon & West Shore Market!!

Close to Palisades/Alpine Ski Resort, Homewood Mountain Resort, and Northstar at Tahoe ski areas.
