I am allergic and found dog/cat hair in the house (bedroom & living rm). Soon I had bites all over both feet. So not happy discovering pets by owner were allowed but needs to be shared on VRBO that animals were allowed so one can decided if you want to risk or not getting bitten. ##### Angie G. Jul 21, 2016 #### Comfortable Home with Lots of Room We rented the home at Dollar Point over a long weekend. The location was very convenient to get to Tahoe City and Squaw Valley. The home was very comfortable, well stocked, and cozy. Everything was generally well kept, but could use a deep cleaning where upper shelves/light fixtures were missed and visibly dusty/cobwebby. And although I totally understand that the home is in a wooden area and bugs are a given, the front porch was quite covered in spider webs. Some of the linens, fixtures, could use updating, as well as maybe some touch up paint here and there. The space is great and all 8 of us could spread out comfortably. Definitely would rent again. They gave enough toiletries for the weekend. Responsive management. All that we needed was here. Clean, comfy and good condition. Kitchen has all needed to make a dish. Plenty of blankets if you are cold :). Kids had fun with boardgames and scooters (found in the garage). Walk distance to the lake.
