"Great hotel. Never used the amenities like pool and gym. Only frustrating thing is if you buy a drink at the “store” at the front desk, you can’t take it into the casino, which is literally 10 steps away and they can fully see you the entire time. Same thing leaving. No other hotel/casino I’ve ever been at has been this way. Even security staff complained about it."

"THE ROOM WAS VERY NICE, CLEAN AND THE VIEW WAS AMAZING. HOWEVER, I DID NOT EXPECT TO HAVE TO PAY ($30) FOR PARKING AFTER PAYING OVER $300 FOR A ROOM, WHY WOULD THAT NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE ROOM? THE CONCERGIE ROOM ON 25TH FLOOR ONLY HAD A COUPLE OF FIG BARS AND GRANOLA BAR; HOW OFTEN IS THIS ROOM REPLENISHED? THE ICE MACHINE DOES NOT WORK, SO HAD TPO GO DOWN TO NEXT FLOOR TO GET ICE. TRIED TO CALL THE FRONT DESK, I FINALLY HUNG UP AFTER 10 RINGS WITH NO ANSWER, SAME THING WITH THE FOOD BUTTON ON PHONE. TRIED TO GET ROOM SERVICE, WAS TOLD THEY DO NOT PROVIDE IT EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE A RESTAURANT. THE ELEVATOR MAKES CLICKING NOISE ALL NIGHT LONG."
