Chalets à Tacoma

« Hot tub with no bubbles Hair found in bathroom notification given to front desk. I had to clean it myself. Waffle timer not working. »

« The house cleaning crew banged on our door about 30 min prior to check out. We were still sleeping at the time, so it was pretty irritating. Then we wanted yo call for late check out, however they do not have a phone in the room. Therefore, you have to call the number posted online (no direct number). Then again, housekeeping, banged on our door again before our late check out at noon. The housekeeping staff should know which rooms are vacant or not, instead of rudely banging on the door. »

« No free breakfast here anymore. Basic items were very expensive. »

« This is a beautiful building close to a lot of antique shops and the Pantages Theatre. The staff were all super sweet and helpful and the room and facilities were clean and beautiful! »

« Everything was nice and clean when I got there. The bed was also very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The valet staff were helpful with answering my questions that I had about their service along with details that come with the it. »
