A spacious and bright apartment in the heart of Ortigia, between the ancient market and Graziella, a charming neighborhood once inhabited by fishermen. This apartment offers three spacious bedrooms with bathrooms, a kitchen and a large furnished terrace from which you can admire the bright colors of the roofs of Ortigia. The apartment is the ideal choice to comfortably accommodate a family or groups of friends, thus maintaining their privacy. All rooms are air conditioned and covered by Wi-Fi.  
The apartments are managed by an agency that requires the conclusion of a rental agreement, pursuant to articles 1571 and following of the Civil Code, with regular registration of the documents necessary for the issuance of the invoice.
