Very clean. Backyard was a great place to hang out in the summer.. Pool access was very close. The house had everything you needed to cook and feed lots of people. To be fair, the kitchen hand lots of small appliances and cooking gear, but it did not have everything like at home. This is not intended to be a negative, just keeping it real.
