"This is a very old very basic motel. Clean, good for a nights sleep. . We were in room 103 and it didn't appear to be maintained since the 70's. Only plus is it's close to both Bryson City and Cherokee.."

"Breakfast had very little selection of proteins. ALL BREADS, CEREALS and only fruit was banana which I found on a bottom shelf. Staff was great rooms were nice and clean and pretty up to date. I would stay here again and bring my own breakfast protein.They need casino shuttle at least on weekends!"

"If you want to stay in a room that is a little bit out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Bryson, this is certainly a choice. What really fried me and I couldn't get over it for the 2 nights we stayed, was the size of the room or rather closet that we stayed in. Also, but bad on me for not checking, but there was no elevator. I am mobility challenged (crutches) so it was a bY*O getting up to the 2nd floor where our little closet was. It'll work in a pinch, but for me, I will look at other options next time we go up."

"The property was clean however ran out of hot water too quickly. Had a TV in the bedroom but was unable to get channels to watch. Could have used a few more towels."

"Property was in a beautiful location on the river, but needs a bit of tlc indoors & out. I was traveling with my adult disabled son, and unfortunately our stay was terrible. Bottom line, the BBC, ETC had to be contacted due to staff issues that terribly upset upset my adult disabled son, and myself."
