"I booked the hotel for English friends visiting Kiev, on the basis that less money on rooms is more money for vodka. I was staggered at the high standard of the rooms for the price paid. Comfy beds, en suite shower, kettle and fridge in the room and close proximity to the metro. Outstanding!"

Fridge, tea kettle and all necessary amenities like plates, cups, spoons and forks, and separate table available to have a breakfast or drink some vine with friend. Air-conditioned but it was not necessary to use in the night because we just left windows open to have fresh air."

"Ett trevligt hotell till ett mycket fördelaktigt pris! Vårt rum var en svit, med mycket gott om plats. På bottenvåningen finns en restaurang som är öppen dygnet runt, med traditionell arbetarmat, mycket god och ofattbart billig. Kaffet är gott. Alldeles utanför hotellet finns en stor och riklig frukt- och grönsaksmarknad. På minussidan är att sängen inte har samma komfort som rummet i övrigt; den har begränsad fjädring. Det tar över en halvtimma att ta sig till centrum via spårvagn och...

![Podil is an AWESOME neighborhood of Ukraine that's crammed to the gills with great restaurants and cafes and bars.  3B just happens to be one of them where I took a photo!  Burgers are all the rage in Kyiv right now, and this is one of many places that features them on the menu and does a darn good job making them.
