Nous pensions pouvoir nous restaurer après avoir fait un long trajet et nous avons été déçu d’apprendre que le restaurant était fermé. Je pense qu’il serait de bon ton de le signaler sur le site Hotels.com les quatre étoiles ne sont pas justifié pour un hôtel qui ne propose aucun service de restauration, hormis le breakfast matinal qui est pour le moins moyen. « Nous a nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel tout était nickel, un accueil plus chaleureux aurait rendu le séjour parfait. Dommage que bien que la chambre soit prête avant l'heure du check-in on nous réclame 15 € par tranche d'une heure pour l'avoir. Situation dans la ville basse à côté de la Gare principale à moins de 15 minutes de marche du centre historique et des attractions . Confort impeccable avec belles prestations, capsules de café Illy et chocolat fourni quotidiennement. Petit déjeuner excellent avec produits frais et couverts en argent dans une très belle salle d'apparat. L'hôtel a 2 restaurants chics et un bar bistro . Petit bémol , personnel en général un peu froid et peu souriant, tempérament slave sans doute. Mais à l'occasion j'y reviendrai certainement "
