"We arrived at 11pm and the staff came running, helping with the luggage and smooth check-in. Our room was spacious, nicely decorated, clean, great shower . "Güleryüzle karşılandık fakat geliştirilmesi gereken eksikler vardı.Oda temiz ve büyüktü fakat banyo/duş alanı küçüktü.Küçük duş başlığı sorunluydu. Sadece tek çeşit sabun/şampuan vardı sanırım şampuandı ve çok minik geliyordu bastırınca ve oradan şampuan almak neredeyse imkansız yani şampuan kutusu hiç kullanışlı değildi.Saç kremi veya duş jeli yoktu.Sabah verilen kahvaltı ise oldukça düşük segment ürünlerden oluşuyordu çeşit yoktu sıradan peynir zeytin haşlanmış yum azıcık patates kızartması şeklindeydi,asla et ürünü veya börek tarzı bir şey yoktu.Çok merkezi balıklıgöle yürüme mesafesinde fakat dar sokakları ve otopark sıkıntısı da var.Odanın ferahlığı ve güleryüzlü karşılama sayesinde veriyorum bu puanı"

"Nevali Hotel was good value for money and in a convenient location. The staff were kind, friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Elif, the Guest Relations Manager, for her assistance and warm hospitality. The hotel offers free parking, a spa, and a very good breakfast, which we really enjoyed. The only small issue was the lack of clear signage when driving into the hotel, which made the entrance a little difficult to find. Apart from that, we really liked the hotel and had a pleasant stay. We would happily recommend it to other travellers visiting Şanlıurfa."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the owners were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Hatice Hanım’s homemade breakfast was absolutely delicious, and everything was freshly made. This is a lovely family run hotel, and everyone, including their children, was kind and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, and the hotel truly reflects the spirit of Şanlıurfa.It is also within easy walking distance of Balıklıgöl and the historic bazaar. A special thanks to Mehmet Bey, who kindly drove us to the bus station late in the evening without expecting anything in return.We truly appreciated his kindness. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Şanlıurfa."

"Firstly, it's a good looking place in its original style, however, my room (basic single), I don't think was worth the price. It was clean, but the amenities inside needed attention, and it had a damp smell. The Aircon also stopped working (batteries I think), but the guy was gone, so couldn't ask for new ones. Instead, with only a sheet on the bed, I had a cool night. Breakfast was very good though, and quite varied, but the lack of interaction/interest from the staff made it more of a sterile place to stay, than a nice welcoming one. Beware, it's tucked away in the old part of town, so if you have a vehicle, it's not easy to get to, even on a motorbike"
