« The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and polite. The restaurant had good food variety and the staff were excellent. »

« Compact clean rooms. Courteous and polite staff. Amazing food at in-house restaurant. IRD experience was very good and food preparation and presentation were very nice. Overall, a wonderful stay at this property. A thumbs up if travelling with family or solo. Located near railway station makes it perfectly located. 4.5/5 »

« In catering to and expecting international travelers, I would expect a hotel to have electric points adaptable for US plugs. Only certain rooms have it, many others don't. The sizes of the rooms are very small, a queen deluxe room barely has space for 2 persons to keep their bags and squeeze around. There was leakage in many parts of the hotel, including rooms. An ironing board provided by the hotel had a cover sheet which bled color. On using a steam iron for a white shirt, it had severe color...

« They demanded an additional 500 rupees immediately. I showed them my PAID receipt. We got hit up 3 more times with this, different amount each time. We didn’t pay it because.. business is supposed to be honest. The room locks all have the same combo. Black mold in the ceiling, broken outlets, a noisy, smoking mini split AC.. but it worked. One cockroach. Missing amenities like the tea kettle. Be careful of the neighborhood, desolation row. I’m not certain this place is fit for the president of a...
